All our orders are sent through An Post

As our items are personalised it is not possible to return an item unless the spelling does not match your order, if this is the case please contact Anne on 087-9004449 or by emailing and we will be happy to help you.

When you place an order on you agree to a 3rd party delivering your order. If you want your order to be sent by another method please contact us. If you want to be able to track your order it is advisable that you choose the registered shipping option, We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. Once your order has been updated to shipped status, you can track your order if you have chosen the registered option, but if you choose the standard option we will be unable to track or trace your order. Orders within Ireland are normally delivered  within the next 1-2 working days.


If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund within 30 days. Personalised or customised goods are exempt from returns in the EU distance selling regulations unless faulty.
